We provide housing for professionals, tourists and vacationers who desire accommodations in the area for short, mid and long term rentals.

During occupancy, tenants may damage property. However, for short term rentals, the guests are required to obtain insurance. If property is damaged outside of the normal wear and tear, a claim is made to the insurance company. Also the terms and conditions of the security deposit would be enforced.
If something gets damaged, we charge it directly to the guest out of the security deposit.
