Secluded Beach – Milo Cove

If you’re looking for a more secluded and peaceful beach experience, this small beach offers tranquility, amazing sunsets, and a chance to relax by the banyan tree. It is less than 5 mins walk form your lanai. The water is rough in this area and not suitable for swimming. You can usually watch the turtles and seals pop up as you sit by the shore. Rating: 9/10.

Is a nonprofit that offers private venues. Occasionally it is open to the public for workshops, arts, crafts, history, and traditions of the Hawaiian people.

For shopping and dining options, visit the Ko’Olina Station & Center. This open-air mall features a variety of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, offering a pleasant atmosphere for leisurely strolls and souvenir hunting. Most everything you need can be found at the ABC store here. Rating: 8/10.

Ko_Olina_Lagoon_

Ko’Olina Lagoons

The four man-made lagoons in Ko’ Olina are a major draw for tourists and locals offering calm waters, white sandy beaches, and excellent swimming conditions. These family friendly lagoons are perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. There are no lifeguards however, at the lagoons. Snorkeling is fun and you are sure to see ocean wildlife. Be careful not to drift into the ocean beyond the buoys. The lagoons offer a paved walkway easy to jog/walk during the day or a romantic walk in the evening under the stars. Round trip from Kai Lani to the marina and back is approximately 4 miles. Rating: 9/10
